The Bison Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Relax next to the stone fireplace in the dining room or outdoors on the large patio featuring expansive course views. The adjacent lounge area and fully stocked bar has two flat screen television for viewing all sporting events.
Feast on your favorite appetizers like smoked wings and nachos. Enjoy seasonal fresh salads to bison burgers, or try the Bison Grill’s signature sandwich of slow roasted buffalo, thinly sliced and piled high on a grilled artisan baguette. Sample a taste of the west with homemade green chili or a southwest burrito. Save room for dessert like black forest cake topped with warm cherry sauce or fried apple cheesecake served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and topped with cinnamon sugar.
